CONTAINER FLOORING PLYWOOD
For the combination wood flooring, there is no regulation on the number of layers. Normally 19 layers, 21 layers, 25 layers. There is no general rule on the arrangement of wood layers.
– Three middle layers will lie vertically of the container
– The remaining inner layers will combine the bars horizontally/vertically to ensure load capacity.
Standard sizes:
– 2400*1160*28mm
– 1010*1160*28mm
– 1388*1160*28mm
– 636*1624*28mm
Tolerance:  for both length and width (0, -1mm)
Diagonal tolerance <2mm
Edge straightness tolerance 1mm/m (according to BS-1088-1-2005); 0.5mm/m (according to GB/T 19536-2015)
Surface flatness variation not more than 0.3%
The top side has several options:
– Phenolic Surface Film (PSF)
– Colorless PU coated wooden surface
– Uncoated bamboo surface
– Uncoated wood surface
For the top layer of flooring without PSF film, the top layer is a solid hardwood, after
sanding, the thickness is 40~65% of the original thickness (eg: With an initial thickness of 1.6mm. then the outermost layer after sanding will be 0.64 ~ 1.04mm)
+ The bottom side has options:
– The bottom side is covered with PSF (Phenolic Surface Film)
– Underside not covered
The used glue is a Weather and Boil Proof glue -WBP- Phenolic.
Samples were boiled for 72 h, then check for delamination and size change.
The product is tested with a 7260kg test truck.
